GAP|Patch 570

GAP|Patch 570 is a robust, hot-applied, permanent repair for potholes and other larger defects in asphalt and concrete pavement. Able to be applied in winter weather under imperfect conditions, GAP|Patch 570 is ideally suited for repairs at least 1-inch deep and up to 10 square feet in area. Featuring a specialized, engineered aggregate designed to deliver strength, stability, and durability, GAP|Patch 570 provides a cost-effective, enduring solution.
This product can be applied in up to very hot temperatures, and performs optimally in cold to very hot climates. It is an ideal repair solution for potholes, voids, wide cracks, depressions, around embedded structures (drains, manholes, gutters), deteriorating shoulders and raveling pavement seams on highways, municipal streets, parking lots and airports.
This product requires a mastic melter equipped with a material flow regulator (such as Maxwell Products? Helix Flow Controller).

Read and follow application instructions before use. This product must be heated using indirect heating methods, either a double boiler or hot oil circulating kettle. Equipment must be capable of maintaining constant agitation to the material to keep aggregate suspended evenly.
Maximum safe heating temperature: 400°F (204°C).
Recommended application temperature: 380°F (193°C).
