GAP-Patch 530 is a robust, hot-applied, permanent repair for potholes and other larger defects in hot-mix asphalt and Portland cement pavement. Use on Portland cement requires use of Maxwell Products GAP-Primer or another approved primer. GAP-Patch 530 is ideally suited for a wide variety of repairs and is designed for installation on clean and dry substrates in dry weather.
Featuring a specialized, engineered aggregate designed to deliver strength, stability, and durability, GAP-Patch 530 provides a cost-effective, enduring solution. This product can be applied in up to hot temperatures, and performs optimally in cold to hot climates. It is an ideal repair solution for potholes, voids, very wide cracks, depressions, around embedded structures (drains, manholes, gutters), deteriorating shoulders, alligatored/distressed areas, wheel ruts, and raveling pavement seams on highways, municipal streets, parking lots and airports. GAP-Patch is effective for repairs from full depth to skin patching.

Read and follow application instructions before use. This product must be heated using indirect heating methods, either a double boiler or hot-oil circulating kettle. Equipment must be capable of maintaining constant agitation to the material to keep aggregate suspended evenly.
Use on Portland cement requires prior application of Maxwell Products’ GAP-Primer or another approved primer.
Maximum safe heating temperature: 400°F (204°C).
Recommended application temperature: 350°F (177°C).

In the event our products fail to conform to our published specifications at the time of shipment, we will, at our expense and sole option, replace our defective product or give you a full or partial refund of the purchase price from Maxwell Products.
