Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 23, 2026

Maxwell Products, Inc. ("Maxwell Products," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through maxwellproducts.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you give us directly. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. This data is tied to your browser through a cookie identifier, not to your name or contact details. We view it only in aggregate, to understand overall Site traffic and usage — we do not monitor individual visitors personally.

Anti-spam and security checks. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions (contact form, article comments, solution comments) are coming from a real person rather than an automated bot. Turnstile may process limited technical signals (such as browser and device characteristics) to make that determination.

We do not currently offer user accounts, online checkout, or a newsletter signup on the Site, so we do not collect payment information or maintain public user profiles.

The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager and Cloudflare Turnstile to enable the functions described above. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Blocking cookies may affect some Site functionality (for example, spam protection on forms).

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to questions or requests submitted through the contact form
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
  • Detect and prevent spam and abuse of our forms
  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We do share limited information with the service providers who help us operate the Site, specifically:

  • Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) — site usage analytics
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile) — spam and bot prevention

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Maxwell Products, our users, or the public.

The Site links to and embeds content from third parties, including YouTube and Vimeo (for product videos) and, from time to time, external job-posting sites. Those third parties have their own privacy practices, which we don't control. We encourage you to review their policies before interacting with that content.

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which they may be deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings for our account.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information submitted through the Site. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for a business and professional audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You may decline to submit the contact form if you do not want to share your name, email, and message with us. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request that we delete it, contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended:

  • Right to know what personal information we've collected about you and how we've used it
  • Right to delete personal information we've collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us . We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we'll update the effective date above.

Questions about this Privacy Policy can be directed to Maxwell Products, Inc. through our Contact page.
