These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of maxwellproducts.com (the "Site"), operated by Maxwell Products, Inc. ("Maxwell Products," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site provides information about Maxwell Products' pavement maintenance products (including our Elastoflex, Nuvo, GAP Mastic, and GAP Patch product lines and technologies such as PolySkin, inteliBond, and ZipBox), our company, and our solution center. The Site is informational and promotional — it is not an online store, and purchases are not made through it.

All content on the Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and product data — is owned by Maxwell Products or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Maxwell Products," "Elastoflex," "Nuvo," "GAP Mastic," "GAP Patch," "PolySkin," "inteliBond," and "ZipBox" are trademarks or registered trademarks of Maxwell Products, Inc. or its affiliates. You may view and print Site content for your own personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation (including through excessive automated requests, scraping, or bot activity)
  • Submit false, misleading, spam, or abusive content through the contact form or any comment feature
  • Copy or scrape product, pricing, or specification data for use in a competing product or service

Product descriptions, specifications, calculators (including the crack sealant usage calculator), and technical content on the Site are provided for general informational purposes. They are intended to help guide product selection and estimate material needs, but they do not replace professional engineering judgment, project-specific evaluation, or the governing product specification sheet for your application. Always confirm current specifications and application guidance with a Maxwell Products representative or the applicable spec sheet before use.

Nothing on the Site creates a product warranty. Any warranty on Maxwell Products' physical products is governed exclusively by our written product warranty documentation, where one is provided, and not by this Site.

The Site contains links to, and embeds content from, third-party sites and services (for example, YouTube and Vimeo video content, and external job-posting sites). We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAXWELL PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT AFFECT ANY SEPARATE WARRANTY OR LIABILITY TERMS THAT APPLY TO A PURCHASED MAXWELL PRODUCTS PRODUCT UNDER A SEPARATE AGREEMENT OR WARRANTY DOCUMENT.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we'll update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
