GAP|Patch 531

GAP-Patch® 531 is a hot-applied, permanent repair material for potholes and other large defects in hot-mix asphalt (HMA) and Portland cement concrete pavements. Engineered with a specialized aggregate blend, it delivers exceptional strength, stability, and long-term durability for cost-effective pavement repairs. GAP-Patch 531 performs across a wide range of climates, with recommended ambient installation temperatures of 25°F to 75°F for fastest setup. Ideal for repairing potholes, voids, wide cracks, depressions, wheel ruts, deteriorated shoulders, raveled pavement seams, alligatored pavement, and areas around drains, manholes, and gutters. Suitable for highways, municipal streets, parking lots, and airports, it can be used for repairs ranging from full-depth patching to surface skin patches. Concrete surfaces require use of GAP Primer for optimal adhesion. For HMA, primer is recommended and required in damp or winter conditions. If necessary, heat the repair area to ensure proper primer drying before application.
